RECRUIT: Screen job applicants to quickly identify the most qualified candidates.

Assessments can be deployed as a means to objectively screen internal or external candidates against pre-defined skill requirements for a specific job. Employers can easily assign assessments and leverage results to identify the most qualified candidates. Whether skill screening is introduced as part of the application process or following an interview, employers gain an objective, cost-effective means to evaluate candidates for the skills most important to the position.

Screening Platform Features:
 
Unique Test Format:
These specially-designed screening tests contain approximately 20 multiple-choice questions. These tests are an alternative to the full-length assessments and do not qualify individuals for Certification. All screening tests are created based on their companion assessments, maintaining the integrity of the skills being screened.
 Optional E-mail Notification:
In addition to generating reports, clients can elect to have candidate test Transcripts delivered via e-mail for instant evaluation of results.
 
Specialized Screening Reports:
Clients can generate reports that instantly rank candidates according to their test results. Reports provide direct links to Transcripts for each test assigned, allowing for a more detailed review of strengths and weaknesses.
  Limited Candidate Access:
Clients can elect to limit candidate access to certain features within the MyCareer account for privacy and security purposes. Features such as course enrollment and Certifications can be disabled if desired.
