privately held within your MyCareer account or Sacramento State Skill Management Center Transcript, is your sole responsibility, as you are the person
from whom this information was generated. This means that you, and

of all results from test questions, test question items, or Skill
Certifications or test products offered to the general public. The
Skill Certification Tests developed by Sacramento State Skill Management Center utilize
a proprietary computer-adaptive testing engine and the test development
process itself has been developed by CE Technologies Inc. and Sacramento State Skill Management Center. At this time, the testing development process
is patent pending.
By use of this site, you acknowledge that you do not acquire any
ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material.

be made by credit card or other means which Sacramento State Skill Management Center authorizes. Payment must be received by Sacramento State Skill Management Center prior to acceptance of an order. For credit card transactions,
the appropriate information is collected and the transaction takes
place on a secure and encrypted server. The information provided
is used strictly to process the order and shall not be given out
to third parties.
Delivery:
Skill Certification tests
All tests offered through Sacramento State Skill Management Center are free of
charge. Once you have completed a test, you can view whether or
not you have successfully completed that test, but will be unable
to view your overall score for that test unless you purchase the
corresponding Skill Certification for that test.
You must purchase your Skill Certification for a test in order
to view, print, or send your Skill Certification to employers.
Once you have successfully completed and purchased Skill Certifications
for all tests required to earn a Job Skill Certification, you
will receive a Job Skill Certification you can view, print,
or send, at no extra charge. You will have 30 days from the
date you begin a Skill Certification test to purchase your Skill
Certification for that test at the 50% discounted price. Should
you fail to purchase your Skill Certification within the 30-day
allotted time frame, Sacramento State Skill Management Center maintains
the right to charge full price for the Skill Certification.
If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact
Client Services. Sacramento State Skill Management Center Skill Certification
and Job Skill Certification Certificates are made accessible
via a link through corresponding Sacramento State Skill Management Center Skill
Transcripts. It is the User's responsibility to print Sacramento State Skill Management Center Skill and/or Job Skill Certification Certificates and/or
Sacramento State Skill Management Center Skill Transcripts.
Delivery of your profile and test results to employers
In order for your profile and Skill Certification test results
to be made available to employers, you must authorize
Sacramento State Skill Management Center
to do this by selecting Please make my profile and test
results accessible to employers within your MyCareer
account. By doing so, you grant
Sacramento State Skill Management Center
express permission to make your profile and Skill Certification
test results accessible to any and all employers of
Sacramento State Skill Management Center
's choosing.
Sacramento State Skill Management Center
shall not be held responsible for any outcome resulting from making
your profile and Skill Certification test results accessible to
employers. It is your responsibility to deselect the option Please
make my profile and test results accessible to employers within
your MyCareer account should you no longer wish to grant employers
access to your profile and Skill Certification test results.
Employer List
Sacramento State Skill Management Center
shall not be held responsible for any outcomes resulting from
your expressly agreeing to provide access to your profile and
Skill Certification test results to employers.
