comprehensive and objective skill assessments available. Each Web-based
test is designed to accurately measure employee or candidate proficiency
in the key skills required for over 1,200 of today's leading job roles.
Test results can be used to facilitate employee selection, career
advancement, job and/or project placement and training decisions.

Secure Testing Format:
Our tests
can be taken from any computer with an Internet connection and can
be administered in a proctored environment. The CAT engine ensures that each test is custom-built. No other test taker will encounter the same combination of questions. Each test question has a time limit, ensuring that questions are answered using existing skills and knowledge.

Sophisticated Testing Methodology:
We use a proprietary Computer-Adaptive Testing (CAT) engine. Unlike
traditional linear tests, the engine adapts each test to the individual's
demonstrated level of proficiency in the skill area(s) being tested.
Therefore, questions presented are based on the test taker's performance
on preceding questions.

Skill Certification:
Our clients
can award Sacramento State-endorsed Skill Certifications to individuals who complete
tests and meet or exceed the minimum performance standards. A certificate
of achievement may validate a specific skill or a series of skills
that were identified as required for a certain job.
